The National Polytechnic School of Constantine (ENPC) with its significant potential of confirmed researchers and its infrastructures, and the support of partner university institutions, is able to make this platform work. “Material development and manufacturing” if of course the financial (operating budget) and human (support engineers) resources are available.
The equipment of this platform will have the following advantages:
- to provide support for the development, innovation and modernization of economic and industrial sectors through the provision of services and techniques, training and development as well as research,
- to carry out appraisals, analyzes and others for the benefit of the socio-economic sector and to find solutions to the problems which arise in this sector,
- to offer new and efficient prototypes or processes,
- to manufacture research and teaching equipment for laboratories and training establishments using the technical means of the various platforms, taking care to rely on and properly develop reverse engineering,
- to repair and restart any broken down device or to transform it into a back-up assembly for a device manufactured on site,
- to contribute to the technological training of the students of the Polytechnic of Constantine in order to facilitate their integration into companies, to allow them to carry out their own start-ups themselves and to integrate research centers as engineers of design and research.
