Any doctoral student requesting a benefit must:
- be registered in the second year and not have exceeded six (6) consecutive doctoral registrations (he must attach a certificate from his vice-rector confirming this),
- specify his establishment of origin, the name of his thesis director (with his e-mail) and the name of the director of the laboratory (with his e-mail) as well as the name of the laboratory to which he belongs
